摘　　要：介绍Shell煤气化装置高温高压飞灰过滤器的运行情况,分析总结了高温高压飞灰过滤器滤芯断裂、通气锥损坏、合成气泄漏等故障的原因,通过采取相应改进措施,减少高温高压飞灰过滤器故障对煤气化装置长周期运行的影响。Introduce the operation of the high-temperature and high-pressure fly ash filter of Shell coal gasification unit,Analyze and summarize the causes of the failure of the high-temperature and high-pressure fly ash filter element breakage,Vent cone damage,and syngas leakage,and adopt corresponding improvement measures to reduce high temperature and high pressure,The influence of fly ash filter failure on long-term operation of coal gasification unit.
