摘　　要：由于阳极氧化属于表面处理的一种,在生产中使用有毒、有害原料,排放有毒、有害物质,因此属于强制性实施清洁生产审核的行业。在对某阳极氧化企业进行清洁生产审核时发现,该企业将氧化抛废水进行蒸发浓缩至浓度为60%左右的废酸液,并作为危废处置。如此大量废酸液,不回收再利用,而作为危废委托处置,存在明显的清洁生产潜力。Because anodizing is a type of surface treatment,it uses toxic and harmful raw materials in production and emits toxic and harmful substances.Therefore,it belongs to the industry that implements mandatory clean production audits.During the clean production audit of an anodic oxidation company,it was found that the company evaporates and concentrates the waste acid of chemical waste water to a concentration of about 60%,and treats it as hazardous waste.Such a large amount of waste acid is not recycled and reused,but as hazardous waste commissioned for disposal,there is a clear potential for cleaner production.
