液质联用技术在中药血清药物化学研究中的应用

摘　　要：中药的血清药物化学一直是研究的重点,随着医学研究的不断发展以及相应研究技术的完善,发现液质联用技术能够在中药血清药物化学研究中产生极为关键的作用,其不仅有较高的灵敏度和选择性,而且能够快速进行药物成分的分析,但就目前而言,液质联用技术的使用仍然存在着诸多问题。主要对液质联用技术在中药血清药物化学研究中的应用进行深入的分析。The serum pharmacochemistry of traditional Chinese medicine has always been the focus of research.With the continuous development of medical research and the improvement of corresponding research technology,relevant researchers found that LC-MS technology can play a very key role in the research of serum pharmacochemistry of traditional Chinese medicine.It not only has high sensitivity and selectivity,but also can quickly analyze drug components.However,at present,there are still many problems in the application of LC-MS.This paper deeply analyzes the application of LC-MS in the study of serum pharmacochemistry of traditional Chinese medicine.
