乙肝患者社会支持水平与自我管理能力的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究乙型肝炎患者社会支持水平与自我管理能力的相关性。方法选取乙肝患者136例作为研究对象,使用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)以及成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表(AHSMSRS)进行调查,并进行单因素及多元线性回归分析。结果不同年龄、性别、工作状态以及是否告知亲友的患者的AHSMSRS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同病程、居住地、文化程度、遵医嘱定期复查情况、对疾病认知程度、SSRS评分的患者的AHSMSRS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,病程、居住地、文化程度、遵医嘱定期复查、对疾病认知程度、SSRS评分均为乙肝患者自我管理能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论乙肝患者的自我管理能力与社会支持密切相关,可据此制定针对性干预措施,提高社会支持水平,改善患者的自我管理能力。Objective To study the correlation between social support and self-management ability of patients with hepatitis B(HB).Methods A total of 136 patients with HB were investigated by Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)and The Rating Scale of Health Self-Management Skill for Adults(AHSMSRS),and single factor and multiple linear regression analysis were performed.Results There was no significant difference in AHSMSRS score among patients with different age,gender,work status and whether to inform relatives and friends(P>0.05);the difference of AHSMSRS scores among patients with different course of disease,residence,education,regular review according to the doctor’s instructions,cognition of disease and SSRS score was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the course of disease,residence,education level,regular review according to the doctor’s advice,cognition of the disease and SSRS score were the influencing factors of self-management ability of patients with HBV infection(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-management ability of patients with HB is closely related to social support,so targeted intervention measures can be formulated to improve social support and self-management ability.
