摘　　要：阐述了FIDIC施工合同条件中与时限、延误有关的条款及竣工时间延长的合同机制,探讨造成延误的有关干扰,分析竣工时间变为“自由时间”的原因,提出避免“自由时间”应采取的措施。This paper expounds the provisions related to time limit and delay in FIDIC conditions of contract for construction,as well as the contract mechanism of extending time for completion,discusses relevant interference that causes delays,analyzes the reasons of time for completion which turns into the"time at large"and finally proposes resolutions that can avoid time becoming at large.
