摘 要:职业技能是ASD者就业的必备条件,能为其融入社会奠定基础,并提高生存质量,已有研究证实行为技能训练能有效改善ASD者的职业技能。对国外有关行为技能训练应用于ASD者职业技能干预的实证研究进行了系统梳理,总结其在实验设计、干预目标、干预方法及干预效果等方面的现状和特征,在此基础上探讨了影响干预效果的因素,并为进一步强化我国行为技能训练干预ASD者职业技能的研究与实践提供启示。Vocational skills are essential for the employment of individuals with autism spectrum disorder(ASD),which lays the foundation for their integration into society and improve their quality of life.Studies have confirmed that behavioral skills training can effectively improve the vocational skills of individuals with ASD.This paper reviews the empirical research on the application of behavioral skills training in vocational skills of individuals with ASD abroad,analyzes the current situation and characteristics of the experimental design,intervention goals,intervention methods and intervention effects,and discusses the factors influencing the intervention effects,so as to provide inspiration to future research and practice in China,which further strengthens the application of behavioral skills training in vocational skills of individuals with ASD.
