摘　　要：随着国家投贷联动机制的进一步落实,安徽省科技金融特色业务体系基本形成,但是在非试点区域的投贷联动模式尚未成熟。论文首先设计了安徽科技型中小企业投贷联动融资的模式,根据生命周期理论设计了不同阶段的投贷联动产品。然后,通过画企业、银行和风投机构的三方博弈树,和构建投贷联动融资博弈模型,进一步分析安徽科技型中小企业投贷联动融资模式的效果,最后,对安徽科技型中小企业融资模式的运行提出了建议。With the further implementation of the linkage mechanism of national investment and loan,the characteristic business system of science and technology finance in Anhui Province is basically formed,but the linkage mode of investment and loan in non-pilot areas is not mature yet.Firstly,the paper designs the mode of investment and loan linkage financing of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in Anhui,and designs the investment and loan linkage products in different stages according to the life cycle theory.Then,the paper draws the tripartite game tree of enterprises,banks and venture capital institutions,and constructs the game model of investment and loan linkage financing,further analyzes the effect of the investment and loan linkage financing mode of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in Anhui.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the operation of financing mode of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in Anhui Province.
