After fully realizing the task of poverty alleviation, consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation has become an important topic at present. To this end,the paper proposes to use STI(scientific and technological innovation)and the PPP mode to help the field of poverty alleviation,so as to achieve an effective connection between the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Firstly, based on the literature, this paper extracts the main influencing factors of the success of targeted poverty alleviation project under STI-PPP mode, and obtains a multi-level hierarchical model. Then, the paper puts forward the macro paths,middle-level paths and micro paths of the success of the targeted poverty alleviation project group under the STI-PPP mode. The results show that the macro paths have the greatest impact on other paths. The middle-level paths are the conduction path, which can not only affect other paths, but also be affected by other paths.Micro paths will be directly related to the realization of project objectives, and they are also most susceptible to the impact of other paths.
