常规超声联合超声造影在诊断产后胎盘滞留中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的:对产后胎盘滞留患者实施常规超声联合超声造影诊断的临床效果进行分析与评估。方法:将我院在2020年4月—2021年3月接收的70例产后胎盘滞留患者作为此次评估对象,所有患者均实施常规超声诊断、超声造影诊断以及联合诊断,以病理学诊断为标准,分析三种检查措施的诊断效果。结果:70例患者超声造影增强模式:增强型、同步或低增强型以及快速高增强型;病理学诊断结果显示胎盘植入、胎盘粘连、胎盘残留分别为40例、17例、13例,常规超声、超声造影以及联合诊断与病理诊断一致分别为40例、52例、68例,联合诊断符合率显著高于常规超声与超声造影单一诊断(P<0.05)。结论:常规超声联合超声造影诊断效果显著,对产后胎盘滞留患者具有积极意义。Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of routine ultrasound combined with ultrasonography in the diagnosis of postpartum placenta detention.Methods 70 patients with postpartum placenta retention received in our hospital from April 2020 to March 2021 were taken as the evaluation object.All patients were performed routine ultrasound diagnosis,contrastenhanced diagnosis and joint diagnosis.The diagnostic effect of the three inspection measures was analyzed based on the criteria of pathology diagnosis.Results The enhanced mode of contrast enhanced ultrasound was enhanced,synchronous or low enhancement and fast and high enhancement type in 70 patients;The results of pathological diagnosis showed that the placental implantation,Placenta Adhesion and placenta residue were 40,17 and 13 respectively,and the coincidence rate of conventional ultrasound,contrastenhanced ultrasonography and combined diagnosis and pathological diagnosis were 40,52 and 68 respectively.The coincidence rate of combined diagnosis was significantly higher than that of conventional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis effect of conventional ultrasound combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound is significant,which is of positive significance to postpartum placenta retention.
