摘 要:目的:探讨剪切波超声弹性成像技术对肾移植术后监测的评估价值。方法:利用剪切波弹性成像技术测量我院2019年3月—2020年8月收治的47例肾移植患者术后移植肾肾实质部的杨氏模量值,比较其弹性是否存在差异。结果:移植肾术后发生早期慢性排异反应组肾实质部的杨氏模量值为(13.293±7.126)kPa,高于移植肾正常组的(4.597±2.546)kPa,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P=0.012<0.05);移植肾肾周积液组肾实质部的杨氏模量值为(4.056±1.926)kPa,与移植肾正常组的杨氏模量值比较两者差异无统计学意义(P=0.086>0.05);移植肾尿路梗阻组肾实质部的杨氏模量值为(5.233±2.019)kPa,与移植肾正常组的杨氏模量值比较两者差异无统计学意义(P=0.069>0.05)。结论:剪切波超声弹性成像可以提供临床常规超声之外的诊断信息,作为无创性检测肾移植术后早期慢性排异反应的预测及随访的一种方法。Objective To investigate the value of Share wave elastography for assessing postoperative monitoring after renal transplantation.Methods The young's modulus of the renal parenchyma of 47 renal transplant patients treated in our hospital from March 2019 to August 2020 was measured by shear wave elastic imaging technology,and whether there was any difference in elasticity was compared.Results In the patients with early chronic rejection after renal transplantation the value of renal cortex Young’s modulus was(13.293±7.126)kPa,it was higher than(4.597±2.546)kPa in normal renal transplantation group,with statistically difference(P=0.012<0.05).In the patients with perinephric space effusion after renal transplantation the value of renal cortex Young’s modulus was(4.056±1.926)kPa,there was no statistical significance(P=0.086>0.05).In the patients with urinary tract obstruction after renal transplantation the value of renal cortex Young’s modulus was(5.233±2.019)kPa,there was no statistical significance(P=0.069>0.05).Conclusion SWE could provide additional information for diagnosis,which could be a non-invasive examination for early chronic rejection after renal transplantation in prediction and follow-up.
