摘　　要：中板厂角裂是中板产线独有的一类缺陷,因中板存在横轧展宽,且轧制力较小,裂纹难以通过轧制愈合,当角裂延伸至圆弧以外的区域时需返剪,影响质量稳定性、降低产品成材率。采用多种对比试验,结果表明随着展宽比的增加,角裂发生的状况开始增加,随着粗轧轧制道次的增加,延伸的长度开始增加且角裂形貌加重。最终制定优化料型减少展宽比和粗轧大压下减轻角裂的固化措施。Comer crack is a unique defect of plates found in medium plate production line.Due to the wide cross rolling broadening and small rolling force,the crack is difficult to be healed by rolling.When the comer crack extends to the area beyond the arc,it is needed to return for shearing,which affects the quality stability and reduces the product yield.Through a variety of comparative tests,the results show that with the increase of the broadening ratio,the occurrence of comer cracks begins to increase.Besides,with the increase of rough rolling passes,the extension length begins to increase,and the shape of comer cracks increases.Finally,the improvement measures to reduce the comer cracks by optimizing the material shape,reducing the broadening ratio and increasing rough rolling force are formulated.
