摘  要:平直度是衡量钢板质量的重要指标之一。为了降低钢板返矫、压平等工序带来的附加成本,提高合同交付水平,本文分析了厚度23 mm及以上规格结构钢瓢曲类型及形成原因。从全流程控制的角度出发,就加热、轧制及冷却等工序提出了板形优化手段,大大降低了钢板瓢曲发生率,提高经济效益。Flatness is one of the important indicators to evaluate the quality of steel plate.In order to reduce the additional cost caused by the re-levelling and pressing processes of the steel plates and to improve the contract delivery level,this paper analyzes different types of buckles and their causes of structural steel with thickness of 23 mm and above.From the point of view of the whole process control,this paper puts forward the shape optimization methods during heating,rolling,cooling,and other processes,which have greatly reduced the occurrence rate of buckles and increased the economic benefits.
