摘 要:本文利用室内试验,对水泥-粘土复合粉混合砂浆早期强度进行研究,对不同龄期、掺量对水泥土强度影响进行分析,得到材料应力-应变全过程曲线,得到合适水泥土配比。通过分析试验结果表示,水泥土无侧限抗压强度在龄期不断增长过程中不断的增大,养护龄期为7~21d时候的无侧限抗压强度迅速增长。添加水泥能够对土体性能进行改善,并且在水泥掺量增长过程中增加。添加适量的粘土,此混合砂浆材料能够在注浆加固工程中使用。In this paper,using the laboratory test,the early strength of cement-clay composite powder mixed mortar was studied,the influence of different ages and dosage on the strength of cement soil was analyzed,the stressstrain curve of the whole process of the material was obtained,and the appropriate cement soil ratio was obtained.According to the analysis of the test results,the unconfined compressive strength of cement soil increases continuously in the process of increasing age,and the unconfined compressive strength increases rapidly when the curing age is 7~21d.The addition of cement can improve the properties of soil and increase with the increase of cement content.Adding proper amount of clay,the slurry material can be used in the grouting reinforcement project.
