切开复位骨粘合剂充填术在根骨骨折治疗中的应用

摘　　要：骨折愈合属于复杂病理生理过程,存在大量生长因子并且发挥重要的作用。在骨科技术不断发展的过程中,越来越多患者骨折使用手术治疗,但是对内固定材料和器材并不理想,金属内固定物需要二次手术取出,在经济、精神与肉体方面为患者带来一定负担。相关研究表示,切开复位骨粘合剂的粘合力比较强,并且具有良好降解性、生物相容性与骨传导性,被广泛应用到临床骨折固定中。以此,文章对切开复位骨粘合剂充填术在根骨骨折治疗中的使用进行分析,以此为粉碎性骨折治疗提供参考建议。Fracture healing is a complex pathophysiological process,which has a large number of growth factors and plays an important role.In the process of the continuous development of orthopedic technology,more and more patients use surgical treatment,but the internal fixation materials and equipment are not ideal,and the metal internal fix tures need to be removed by secondary surgery,which brings a certain burden to the patients in the economic,mental and physical aspects.Relevant studies show that the adhesive is relatively strong,and has good degrad ability,biocompatibility and bone conduction,which is widely used in clinical fracture fixation.Therefore,the use of open reset bone adhesive filling in root bone fracture treatment was analyzed,so as to provide reference suggestions for the treatment of comminuted fractures.
