摘 要:为分析研究三峡工程运行后长江下游水沙变化对河道稳定的影响及治理对策,选择长江太子矶河段秋江圩崩岸段,采用水文、地质、地形等资料进行河势演变及岸坡稳定分析,结合崩岸治理措施,通过实测资料评价了工程区河岸稳定性,对比了工程实施前后崩岸预警等级的变化,结果表明:工程实施效果较好,为后续河道治理创造了有利条件。根据河势演变趋势及崩岸对河势稳定和防洪安全的影响,本文提出了应对新水沙条件变化、加强岸坡稳定监测并适时加固冲刷严重护岸区的建议,为研究新水沙条件下河道治理对策提供经验和技术参考。Qiujiangwei bank collapse in Taiziji reach of the Yangtze River is selected in order to analyze and study the influence of water and sand changes in the lower reaches of Yangtze River on the river channel stability as well as treatment countermeasures after three gorges project operation. The hydrology, geology, topography and other data are adopted for river regime evolution and the bank slope stability analysis. Bank collapse control measures are combined. The bank stability of the project area is evaluated through the measured data. The changes of bank collapse early warning grades before and after project implementation are compared. The results show that the implementation effect of the project is excellent, which creates favorable conditions for the subsequent river management. Some suggestions to cope with the change of new water and sediment conditions, strengthen the stability monitoring of the bank slope and strengthen the severely eroded bank revetment area at the right time are proposed in the paper according to the evolution trend of river regime and the influence of bank collapse on the stability of river regime and flood control safety, thereby providing experience and technical reference for the study of river management countermeasures under new water and sand conditions.
