摘 要:为解决头屯河水库泥沙淤积问题,在其上游修建了水力筛网多重分沙装置。该装置利用水流落差并配备不同孔径的筛网,逐级分选出不同粒径的砂石,除沙率高达90%。分选出的砂石可直接应用于生产中(如建筑、装修),年收益可达180万元。该装置有效减少了下游河道含沙量,对减少头屯河水库泥沙淤积、降低八钢供水泥沙含量发挥了重要的作用,实现了经济效益、社会效益和生态效益的有机结合。A hydraulic screen multiple sand separation device is built in the upstream in order to solve the problem of sediment deposition in Toutunhe Reservoir. The water flow drop is utilized in the device. It is equipped with screens of different apertures. Sands of different particle sizes are separated step by step. The sand removal rate is up to 90%. The separated sand and stone can be directly used in production(such as construction and decoration). The annual revenue can reach 1.8 million yuan. The device has effectively reduced the sediment content in the downstream river area. It plays an important role in reducing the sediment deposition in Toutunhe Reservoir and the sediment content in water supply of Bagang. It realizes the organic combination of economic benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits.
