摘 要:针对小型水库坝下涵管表层混凝土剥蚀老化和裂缝渗漏等非结构强度不足的病险问题,本文分析了传统加固技术的优缺点,提出了采用柔性内衬系统加固设计和施工技术要点。该系统通过灌注高强度浆料,将柔性内衬结构与原管壁紧密胶结连成一体,共同抵抗外荷载,具有良好的防渗性、耐久性、抗腐蚀性、抗裂性等优点。工程实践表明,该技术可靠、经济合理、成效显著,具有一定的应用价值。The advantages and disadvantages of traditional reinforcement technology are analyzed in the paper in view of the risk problems of non-structural strength deficiency such as denudation, aging and crack leakage of the surface layer concrete of culvert pipes under small reservoir dams, etc. The key points of reinforcement design and construction technology by adopting the flexible lining system are proposed. The flexible lining structure and the original pipe wall are closely cemented together to resist the external load together by pouring high strength slurry. It has the advantages of excellent anti-seepage, durability, corrosion resistance, crack resistance, etc. The engineering practice shows that the technology is reliable, economical and reasonable. The effect is significant. It has certain application value.
