摘　　要：2017年以来,江西省开始探索和实施水利工程标准化管理,希望通过科学规范的管理解决"重建轻管"的问题,在试点过程中逐步形成了"六步法",取得了较好的成效。为加强对"六步法"的理解,促进标准化管理深入实践,本文梳理了"六步法"的基本内容及其相互关系,详细阐述了每一个步骤的目的、方法、要求,并通过多个例子佐证说明。实践证明,标准化管理"六步法"是江西省水利工程标准化管理的基本要求,也是标准化管理达标创建的有效路径。Jiangxi Province has begun to explore and implement standardized management of water conservancy projects since2017. The problem of attaching importance to construction and belittling management can be solved through scientific and standardized management. The Six-Step Method has been formed step by step,and a good effect has been achieved in the pilot process. The basic contents of the Six-Step Method and its relationship with each other are sorted in the paper in order to enhance the understanding of Six-Step Method,and promote the in-depth practice of standardization management. The purpose,method and requirement of each step are expounded in detail. The method is illustrated with several examples.Practice shows that standardized management Six-Step Method is the basic requirements for standardized management of water conservancy projects in Jiangxi Province. It is also an effective path for standardized construction of standardized management.
