摘　　要：郑惠芳融名家之论,兼以发挥,提出胎动不安病机首推肾脾亏虚,临证安胎重视温补脾肾,“安奠二天”以固胎元。随着辅助生殖技术的开展,体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)后胎动不安发病率逐渐增加,高龄、反复种植失败等均为体外受精(IVF)的瓶颈问题,IVF妊娠存在较高的流产率以及围产期并发症。中医药治疗重在辨证论治、整体调节,以补肾健脾、固冲安胎为主。继承发扬名医临证经验,具有重要的临床指导价值。ZHENG Huifang is a well-known expert,and she puts forward that the pathogenesis of fetal restlessness is the deficiency of the kidney and spleen,and the clinic should pay attention to warming the spleen and tonifying the kidney.With the development of assisted reproductive technology,the incidence of fetal restlessness after in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)has gradually increased.Advanced maternal age and repeated failure of implantation are the bottleneck problems of IVF,the IVF pregnancy has a high rate of miscarriage and perinatal complications.TCM treatment focuses on syndrome differentiation and holistic treatment,mainly strengthens the kidney and spleen.It is of important practical value to inherit and promote the clinical experience of famous doctors.
