蜂针结合仙龙颗粒治疗类风湿关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察蜂针结合仙龙颗粒治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效及安全性。方法:选取类风湿关节炎(RA)患者60例,随机分为两组。观察组32例采用蜂针结合仙龙颗粒治疗,对照组28例服用甲氨喋呤,均治疗3个月,进行疗效和不良反应评价。结果:治疗后,对照组与观察组中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、28关节疾病活动指数(DAS28)评分、健康评价调查表(HAQ)评分均改善,治疗前后组内比较对照组与观察组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组和对照组总有效率分别为90.6%和85.7%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不良反应发生率观察组3.1%,对照组21.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蜂针结合仙龙颗粒可以缓解类风湿关节炎患者的临床症状,提高生活质量,且不良反应发生率低。Objective:To observe the curative effect and safety of bee sting combined with Xianlong Granules(仙龙颗粒)in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:A total of 60 outpatients and inpatients from Weinan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group.The observation group was treated with bee sting combined with Xianlong Granules.The control group took methotrexate.After treatment of three months,the efficacy and adverse reactions of both groups were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups decreased.(P<0.05,P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,28-joint disease activity index(DAS28),and health assessment questionnaire(HAQ)index were improved after treatment in the two groups.Comparison within the group showed that there was a significant difference.No significant difference was found between the two groups(P>0.05).The curative effect of TCM syndromes between the observation group and the control group was compared,the total effective rates was 90.6% and 85.7% respectively,there was no significant difference(P>0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.1%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 21.4%. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Bee sting combined with Xianlong Granules can relieve clinical symptoms of patients with rheumatoid arthritis and improve quality of life,the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
