摘　　要：肿瘤相关性失眠是肿瘤患者最常见的并发症之一,其发病机制较为复杂,病位涉及多个脏腑,长期失眠对患者的生活质量及疾病愈后产生极大影响。肿瘤相关性失眠属于中医学不寐的范畴,贾英杰教授治疗本病多立足于“少阳主枢”的理论基础,认为少阳枢机不利是导致肿瘤患者不寐的病机关键,与情志因素密切相关。在治疗上,结合脏腑辨证,着眼于肝、胆、三焦的综合调理,或主以利胆,或主以疏肝,或畅达三焦,临床常以黄连温胆汤、柴胡疏肝散、柴胡桂枝干姜汤等方随症加减运用,以疏利少阳、调和枢机,从而使机体达到阴平阳秘的最佳状态。Tumor related insomnia is one of the most common complications of cancer patients,its pathogenesis is more complex,the disease location involves multiple viscera,long-term insomnia can have a great impact on the quality of life of patients and the recovery of the disease.Tumor related insomnia belongs to the category of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor JIA Yingjie’s treatment of this disease is mostly based on the theoretical basis of“action of Yang collateral from Shaoyang meridian”.He holds that the dysfunction of Shaoyang meridian is the key to the pathogenesis of cancer patients’insomnia,which is closely related to emotional factors.The treatment is combined with the syndrome differentiation of viscera and focuses on the comprehensive conditioning of liver,gall and Sanjiao,it is either to regulate the gall,or to soothe the liver,or to harmonize the Sanjiao.In clinic,Modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction(黄连温胆汤),Chaihu Shugan Powder(柴胡疏肝散),Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction(柴胡桂枝干姜汤)and other prescriptions are prescribed based on the symptoms to dredge the Shaoyang and harmonize the pivot mechanism,so as to achieve the ideal state of yin and yang in equilibrium.
