魏志军基于伏邪学说以温补托清四法治疗肛门瘙痒症经验

摘　　要：总结魏志军教授基于伏邪学说以“温补托清”四法辨治肛门瘙痒症的临床经验。结合本病缠绵难愈、反复发作的特征,魏师认为本病多由伏邪所致,主要归因于“冬不藏精,春必病温”和“冬伤于寒,春必病温”。从伏邪学说认识肛门瘙痒症的病因病机、发病特点、辨病分期,以温补托清(欲擒故纵)四大法则为治疗总纲,以托里愈疡汤为临床特色用药。举例验案说明。Summarize the clinical experience of Professor WEI Zhijun in the differential treatment of anal pruritus from the four methods of“Wen Bu Tuo Qing”based on the theory of hidden pathogen.Combined with the characteristics of lingering disease,repeated attacks,Professor WEI holds that the disease is caused by hidden pathogen,which is summarized as“If one fails to restore essence in winter,he will suffer from febrile diseases in the coming spring”and“If one catches cold in winter,he will suffer from febrile diseases in the coming spring”.Summarize and analyze the etiology,pathogenesis,characteristics and stages of anal pruritus from the theory of hidden pathogen,the four methods of“Wen Bu Tuo Qing”(playing cat and mouse)are taken as the general treatment,and Tuoli Yuyang Decoction(托里愈疡汤)is taken as the clinical characteristic drug,which is illustrated with a successful case.
