摘　　要：壳牌气化炉下渣口由于原始设计结构的原因,在高负荷运行期间,易造成气化炉渣屏结渣,引起下渣口堵渣。根据河南龙宇煤化工有限公司一期壳牌煤气化炉实际运行经验,介绍出现渣屏结渣的现象,重点分析结渣的原因,并提出了相应的预防措施和优化运行手段。The slag screen of Shell gasifier is prone to have slagging and cause blockage at the deslag outlet during high load operation as a result of its design structure.According to the actual operation experience of Shell coal gasifier in Phase 1 of Henan Longyu Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.,this paper introduces the phenomenon of slag screen slagging,analyzes the causes,and puts forward corresponding preventive measures and optimization approaches in operation.
