摘 要:随着废弃电器电子产品拆解处理数量的快速增加,现有审核机制下工作量大和审核难度高等问题日益突出。为探讨审核机制的优化方式,分析了当前审核工作面临的主要问题,提出了相关建议。旨在通过对物联网等先进技术的运用,审核重点的调整,生产者延伸责任制的落实等,提升基金审核效率和审核管理水平,在确保基金安全使用的前提下,促进资源回收利用,降低环境污染风险。With the rapid increase in the scale and processing capacity of disassembly and disposal enterprises for waste electrical and electronic products,the problems of large audit workload and high audit difficulty are increasingly prominent under the existing audit mechanism and mode.Therefore,in order to optimize the existing audit mechanism,this paper summarized the development status of the audit mechanism and mode of waste electrical and electronic products in China,analyzed the existing problems,and puts forward relevant suggestions.It aims to improve the audit efficiency and management level of the fund by using advanced technologies such as the internet of things,adjusting the audit focus and implementing the extended producer responsibility system,so as to promote resource recycling and reduce the risk of environmental pollution on the premise of ensuring the safe use of the fund.
