摘 要:沥青混合料在全气候条件下老化能更加正确模拟沥青路面中的沥青料实际老化规律。本研究将沥青混合料放入全气候老化加速仪中进行不同时间老化后,抽提其中的SBS改性沥青并进行原子力显微镜(AFM)试验及动态剪切流变(DSR)试验,分别探索老化后沥青的微观性能、宏观流变特性及其相关关系,为进一步研究沥青老化的机理与规律,建立一定的沥青老化模型及方程,科学预测老化后沥青性能的变化提供有效的依据。试验结果表明:(1)随着老化程度的加深,全气候老化后提取的SBS改性沥青微观形貌粗糙度变小,而微观粘附力及模量粗糙度增大,三者之间有着良好的线性关系;(2)老化程度的加深,其车辙因子增大,但随试验温度的上升,车辙因子减小。老化程度和试验温度对车辙因子的大小及其变化率都有影响;(3)全气候老化后提取的沥青微观形貌和粘附力粗糙度微观特性分别与宏观流变性有较好的线性关系,而微观模量特性与宏观流变性更接近于幂指数关系,其相关性程度取决于试验温度。Aging of asphalt binders can be accurately simulated by weathering asphalt mixtures under weathering factors such as water,ultra-violet lights,heat and air,similar to that of asphalt in the pavements.In this project,aged SBS modified asphalt binders were recovered from asphalt mixtures weathered in an aging box for different durations.The characteristics of the modified asphalt binders were explored in terms of both micro-and macro-levels by atom force microscope(AFM)and dynamical shear rheometer(DSR),respectively.The relationships between the micro-and macro properties were analyzed.The results were summarized as follows.(1)As the aging degree deepened,the roughness of morphology decreased,while the roughness’ s of adhesion and modulus elasticity increased.(2)The values of the rutting factor(from DSR)of the recovered modified asphalt binders were gradually increased with the increase of the aging time and decreased as the test temperature increased.(3)There were good linear relationships between the macro-level rheological properties and each of the morphology and adhesion roughness’ s,while a power exponential fitted better the relationship between the roughness of modulus elasticity and the rheological properties.
