摘  要:选择了溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)与丁腈橡胶(NBR)共混改性来制备一种宏观均相、微观相分离的共混阻尼材料。制备出了在全部共混比范围内,力学性能均满足工程应用(拉伸强度≥12MPa,断裂伸长率≥500%)的橡胶阻尼材料,其中当BIIR/NBR共混比为80/20时,有效阻尼温域为-50到60℃。同时,在上述力学性能的约束下,研究了交联反应程度以及C_(5)石油树脂的用量对阻尼因子的影响。随着硫磺用量从0.1份增加至3份,NBR富集相阻尼因子峰值对应的温度从10℃逐渐升高到60℃;在拉伸强度基本不变条件下,C_(5)石油树脂能够拓宽有效阻尼(tanδ≥0.3)温域≥80℃。Brominated butyl rubber(BIIR)was selected to blend with nitrile rubber(NBR)to prepare a macroscopic homogeneous and micro phase-separated blending damping material.The mechanical properties of rubber damping materials are all satisfied in the whole blending ratio range(tensile strength≥12 MPa,elongation at break≥500%),when the BIIR/NBR blend ratio is 80/20,the effective damping temperature range is from-50℃to 60℃.At the same time,under the constraint of mechanical properties,the degree of cross-linking reaction and the influence of the amount of C_(5) petroleum resin on the damping factor were studied.The temperature corresponding to the NBR enrichment phase damping factor peak shifts from 10℃to 60℃with the increase of sulfur dosage from 0.1 parts to 3 parts.Under the limited conditions that the tensile strength is basically unchanged,C_(5) petroleum resin can broaden the effective damping(tanδ≥0.3)temperature range to above 80℃.
