摘　　要：名人手稿是过去和现在的著名人物从事社会实践活动中留存下来的历史真实记录,具有较高的文献价值、人文价值、社会价值、史料价值与科学研究价值。手稿整理是编目工作顺利进行的必要前提。目前基于管理学角度对名人手稿整理的系统研究相对滞后,研究采用典型案例分析法,以广州图书馆藏姜伯勤教授手稿整理项目为研究对象,通过分析、归纳、比较和适用原则,制定相对普适性的整理步骤与方案,并就当代名人手稿整理的后续开发提出相关建议。最终把有价值的史料从手稿中钩索出来,使利用者从各方面都能网罗到所需史料,真正发挥其作用。Famous person’s manuscript is the real historical record preserved by famous persons in the past and present when they engaged in social practices.It has high literature value,humanistic value,social value,historical data value and scientific research value.Manuscript sorting is a prerequisite for the smooth progress of cataloging.At present,the study of celebrity manuscript lags relatively from the angle of management.Using typical case analysis method and taking the arrangement project of“Professor Jiang Boqin manuscript”collected in Guangzhou Library as the research object,the paper makes relatively general sorting steps and plans,and puts forward related suggestions for the contemporary celebrity manuscript subsequent development through the principle of analysis,induction,comparison and application.Finally,valuable historical materials can be extracted from the manuscripts,so that users can collect necessary historical materials from all aspects and really play their role.
