摘　　要：本文通过文献分析和实证案例,以中国海洋大学图书馆为研究个案,依据学校发展规划制定智慧图书馆发展战略,以智慧图书馆建设任务为实践路径,从管理手段智能化、用户体验智慧化、特色资源平台建设等方面提出相应的实践举措,在总结分析的基础上,从发展理念、智慧馆员培养、示范引领、宣传推广等方面引发思考,为我国高校智慧图书馆建设发展提供启迪与参考。Through literature analysis and empirical cases and taking the Library of Ocean University of China as an example,the paper formulates the development strategies of smart library based on the development plans of the University.Taking the construction task of smart library as practical approach,the paper puts forward corresponding practice measures from the aspects of intelligent management means,smart user experience,construction of characteristic resource platform,etc.On the basis of summary and analysis,different thoughts are provoked from development philosophy,smart librarians’training,demonstration leading,publicity and promotion,etc.It is intended to provide inspiration and reference for the construction and development of smart library in colleges and universities.
