摘　　要：专题信息服务是现代化图书馆提供信息服务的重要方式之一。以深圳图书馆为例,从历史发展、产品内容、服务对象、业务流程等方面对其进行阐述。随着用户需求变化和信息技术发展,专题信息服务在如何突破信息源的限制、打破产品形式和媒介的单一性,缺乏统一平台管理和用户群体分析等方面,仍然面临诸多问题。可以从加强资源整合、提供多样化和多形式的服务和产品,建立专题信息开发服务统一平台,用户个体和群体画像的构建和分析等方面着手,提升专题信息服务水平。Special information service is one of the important ways for modern libraries to provide information services.Taking Shenzhen Library as an example,the paper makes an introduction of historical development,product content,service objects and transaction flow.With the changes of user needs and the development of information technology,how to break through the limitations of information sources,break the unity of product forms and media,and lack of unified platform management and user group analysis are still facing many problems.It can start from the aspects of strengthening resource integration,providing diversified and multi-form services and products,establishing a unified platform for special information development services,and constructing and analyzing individual and group user portraits to improve the level of special information services.
