摘　　要：既有工业建筑更新改造与再利用是我国城市发展建设中迫切需要解决的问题。深入研究既有工业建筑更新改造的案例,进而形成一套系统的改造理论和实践体系,对现阶段的城市创新性发展有较强的引导作用。对东莞市鳒鱼洲文创园项目既有工业建筑更新改造的策略进行了研究,综述了鳒鱼洲更新改造项目的核心理念,提出了可供实际操作的建筑策划框架,归纳总结了整个项目的建筑分类、保护、改造、拆除、加建的原则,形成了一整套行之有效的方式方法。The renovation and reuse of existing industrial buildings is an urgent problem to be solved in the urban development and con‐struction of our country.In-depth study of existing industrial building renovation and transformation cases,and then forming a systematic transformation theory and practice system,has a strong guiding role in the current stage of the city’s innovative development.Based on the strategic study of the existing industrial building renovation and renovation of the Dongguan Jianyuzhou Cultural and Creative Park project,summarizes the core concept of the renovation and renovation project of the Jianyuzhou project,proposes a practical architectural planning framework,and summarizes the entire project.The principles of building classification,protection,renovation,demolition,and addition of buildings have formed a set of effective methods and methods.
