摘  要:岩溶地区的地质情况复杂多样,如何在其场地上进行基础选型与设计直接影响到上部建筑物的安全性和经济性。以位于岩溶强烈发育地区的某绿色金融商业项目为例,对高层塔楼下的基础选型、基础设计方法进行了研究分析和方案比选。从方案比选中可得知“小直径”灌注桩+筏板基础是岩溶地区较为可靠的基础形式;此外,桩长拟定时结合管波物探和超前钻资料,考虑桩侧有效岩层侧阻力对桩承载力的有利作用,不仅可优化桩长设计而且极大地提高了成孔的质量,同时还节省了施工工期和降低了施工难度,具有良好的经济效益;检测结果表明桩身质量及桩承载力均满足设计要求。The geological conditions of karst area are complex and diverse.How to select and design the foundation on the site directly affects the safety and economy of the upper buildings.In this paper,taking poly green finance commercial project in karst area as an exam‐ple,the foundation selection and design method of high-rise tower are analyzed and compared.From the scheme comparison,we can know that“small diameter”cast-in-place pile+raft foundation is a more reliable foundation form in karst area;In addition,the proposed pile length,combined with pipe wave geophysical prospecting and advanced drilling data,and considering the favorable effect of effective rock resistance on pile bearing capacity,not only optimizes the pile length and greatly improves the quality of hole forming,but also saves the construction period and reduces the construction difficulty,which has good economic benefits;The test results show that the pile quality and bearing capacity meet the design requirements.
