心理弹性对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间临床一线护士心理压力与焦虑状态间的中介效应

摘　　要：目的分析抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间临床一线护士知觉压力、焦虑状态现状及两者之间的关系,探究心理弹性的中介作用。为抗疫一线护理管理提供依据。方法采用知觉压力量表、中文版心理弹性量表、焦虑量表对178名发热门诊、隔离病房的一线护士进行问卷调查。结果护士焦虑总均分为(57.4±7.9)分,存在焦虑问题者占61.8%。知觉压力与焦虑呈明显正相关(P<0.05),心理弹性与焦虑呈明显负相关(P<0.05)。心理弹性在压力与焦虑间的中介效应为0.21,占总效应的比例为35.5%。结论抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间知觉压力与心理弹性是影响临床一线护士焦虑状况的重要因素,心理弹性部分中介了知觉压力对焦虑状态的负面影响。Objective To explore the relationship between stress perception and anxiety of first-line clinical nurses and the mediating effect of mental resilience during the outbreak of novel coronovirus pneumonia,so as to provide a basis for intervention to protect the physical and mental health of clinical nurses.Methods A total of 178 first-line clinical nurses in the fever clinic and isolation ward were assessed with Chinese Perceived Stress scales(CPSS),Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and Anxiety self-rating scale(SAS).Results The anxiety of clinical nurses was(57.4±7.9),among which 61.8%had anxiety problems.Stress perception was positively correlated with anxiety(P<0.05),and mental resilience was negatively correlated with anxiety(P<0.05).Mental resilience played a part in the mediating effect between stress perception and anxiety and depression,with the mediating effect of 0.21,accounting for 35.5%of the total effect.Conclusion Stress perception and mental resilience during the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia are important factors influencing the anxiety status of first-line clinical nurses,and mental resilience partly mediates the negative effect of mental stress on anxiety.
