摘 要:单轴拉伸试验是获得材料力学性能最常用的方式,在试验过程中应变测量极为重要。数字图像相关(DIC)方法是一种非接触式光学测量方法,其使用高速摄像机记录试验过程,并基于计算机视觉技术对试验过程进行分析和数值计算,从而得到待测试件在试验过程中完整的应变变化情况。对比了使用应变片与DIC测试系统测量L450管线钢拉伸试验过程中的应变变化情况,并将DIC方法测得的数据作为有限元模拟中使用的材料力学参数,对单轴拉伸试验过程进行了数值模拟。结果表明,在应变片的量程范围内,DIC方法与应变片的测量结果基本一致,且使用DIC方法可以获得待测试件更大范围的应变参数。Uniaxial tensile test is the most common way to obtain the mechanical properties of materials,and strain measurement is very important in the test process.DIC(Digital Image Correlation)method is a non-contact optical measurement method,which records the test process by high-speed camera.Based on computer vision technology,the test process is analyzed and numerically calculated to obtain the complete strain change in the test process.The strain changes of L450 pipeline steel during tensile test were measured by strain gauge and DIC test system,and the uniaxial tensile test process was simulated using the data measured by DIC method as the mechanical parameters of material used in finite element simulation.The results show that within the range of the strain gauge,DIC method is basically consistent with the measurement results of the strain gauge,and DIC method can be used to obtain a wider range of strain parameters of the specimen to be tested.
