摘 要:我国开展的区块链+不动产登记在减少交易环节、降低交易成本方面具有积极作用。这是基于既有不动产登记制度的区块链应用。在加强不动产交易安全保护方面,区块链技术可以有更加积极的作为。基于区块链技术的全流程化的不动产登记是可能的,这种新型不动产登记制度可以容纳更多的不动产交易信息,有利于减少信息不对称带来的交易风险。全流程不动产交易信息的区块链化是新型的登记机制,不仅涉及登记制度的改变,也可能带来传统民商事法律制度的变革。China's real estate registration system based on blockchain technology plays a positive role in reducing transaction links and costs.Blockchain technology can also help strenthen real estate transaction security.Therefore,it is possible that blockchain technology is applied in the whole process of real estate registration.This new real estate registration system can accommodate more real estate transaction information and reduce the transaction risk caused by information asymmetry.The real estate registration with full information and the whole process is a new type of registration mechanism,which not only involves the change of registration rules,but also may bring about changes of traditional civil legal system and registration institutions.
