摘  要:为研究插接式通信管塔在地震和风载荷复合作用下塔身的振动及其稳定性,以某移动内爬式插接景观塔(金轮)为分析对象,在SolidWorks软件中建立三维实体模型,并将其导入到ANSYS Workbench软件中进行静力分析、约束模态分析和响应谱分析。采用Design Assessment模块,将插接式通信管塔的静力分析和谱分析的计算结果叠加,得到了组合工况下的总变形及应力分布图,在对插接式通信管塔优化后,进行基于地震和风载复合作用下的有限元分析。结果表明,塔身所受的最大应力为198.07 MPa,小于塔身材料的许用应力,安全系数在2.2左右,塔身最大位移发生在避雷针顶部,约为570.74 mm。本次研究分析证明了该插接式通信管塔基于地震和风载复合作用下的可靠性,为管塔的优化与加强提供了参考依据。In this paper,a certain mobile plug-in view tower(Jinlun)with internal climbing type is taken as the analysis object to study the vibration and stability of the plug-in communication pipe tower under the combined action of earthquake and wind load.A three-dimensional entity model is established in the SolidWorks,and imported into the ANSYS Workbench for static analysis,constrained modal analysis and response spectrum analysis.The calculation results of the static analysis and spectrum analysis of the plug-in communication pipe tower are superposed by the Design Assessment module to obtain the total deformation and stress distribution diagram under the combined working conditions.After the optimization of the plug-in communication pipe tower,the finite element analysis is carried out under the combined action of earthquake and wind load.The results show that the maximum stress borne by the tower body is 198.07 MPa,which is less than the allowable stress of the materials of tower body.The safety factor is about 2.2.The maximum displacement(about 570.74 mm)of the tower body occurs at the top of the lightning rod.In this study,the reliability of the plug-in communication pipe tower under the combined action of earthquake and wind load has been proved,which provides a reference for optimizing and strengthening the pipe tower.
