摘 要:以餐厨垃圾和玉米秸秆为底物,研究餐厨垃圾/玉米秸秆不同质量混合比(0,30%,50%,80%和100%)条件下干式厌氧共消化系统的产甲烷运行性能。研究结果表明:在混合比0~80%的范围内,干式厌氧共消化系统的产甲烷性能随着餐厨垃圾/玉米秸秆混合比的提高而增强。当餐厨垃圾/玉米秸秆混合比为80%时,干式厌氧共消化系统的运行性能最佳,系统累积甲烷产量和甲烷产率(以VS分解计)分别为1249 mL和662.2 m L/g,均高于以餐厨垃圾和玉米秸秆为单独底物的实验组。表明餐厨垃圾和玉米秸秆进行干式厌氧共消化产甲烷具有一定的可行性。This study investigated the performance of dry anaerobic co-digestion using food waste and corn stover as substrate at different food waste/corn stover mixed ratio(0,30%,50%,80%and 100%).The running data showed that the methane production performance of dry anaerobic co-digestion enhanced as the improvement of mixed ratio in the range of 0~80%.When the mixed ratio was 80%,the optimal operation performance was obtained for dry anaerobic digestion.On this condition,the cumulative methane production and methane yield were determined to be 1249 mL and 662.2 m L/g respectively,which were higher than the experiment result obtained by dry anaerobic digestion using corn stover and food waste as sole substrate.The results indicated that it is feasible to implement the dry anaerobic co-digestion using food waste and corn stover as substrate.
