多案例视角下我国场馆型体育服务综合体主要特点及提升路径

摘　　要：基于多案例研究视角,运用文献资料法等对我国具有代表性的场馆型体育服务综合体进行解析,梳理主要特点并提出提升路径。研究发现,场馆建设综合化和特色化、功能定位科学化和合理化、运营管理专业化和市场化、服务供给多元化和便捷化、业态发展融合化和大众化是我国场馆型体育服务综合体发展的主要特点。提出打造体育产业发展载体、充分发挥体育场馆主功能、实现运营管理专业化、设置便捷的配套服务、延伸体育产业链条等我国场馆型体育服务综合体发展的提升路径。This paper analyzed the representative venue sports service complex in China based on the perspective of multi-case by using the method of literature review,sorted out the main characteristics and put forward the improvement path.It is found that the main characteristics of the development of China's venue sports service complex include comprehensive and characteristic venue construction,scientific and rational function positioning,professional and marketization of operation and management,diversification and convenience of service supply,and integration and popularization of business development.The improvement path includes building the development carrier of sports industry,giving full play to the main functions of venues,realizing professional operation management,setting up convenient supporting services and extending the chain of sports industry.
