摘　　要：2020年以来,英国"印太战略"的顶层设计和政策实践都取得了显著进展。在顶层设计上,英国颁布新版"综合评估报告",确立了将战略重心向印太倾斜的方针,民间智库也提出了具体的"印太战略"方案。在政策实践上,英国以加强在印太的海洋安全存在为核心诉求推动国防建设及战略布局,其航母战斗群也正式启程前往印太部署。同时,英国寻求加强与法美等盟友在印太的防务与安全合作,跨大西洋关系也已有向印太延展的趋势。但同时,英国推进"印太战略"仍面临顶层设计相对滞后、经贸层面政策实践不足、有限资源难以真正向印太倾斜,以及战略导向过于亲美等因素的制约,总体上呈现出在实践中摸索前进的态势,并将深受中美关系演进及印太权力格局变动的影响。Significant progress has been made in the top-level design and policy practices of the UK’s"Indo-Pacific Strategy"since 2020.In terms of top-level design,the UK issues its fresh Integrated Review,establishing the framework of the"Indo-Pacific tilt,"and some think tanks also make specific proposals for complementing the UK’s"Indo-Pacific Strategy."In terms of policy practices,the UK regards strengthening its maritime security presence in the Indo-Pacific as the core demand,promoting the constructions of its national defense and the design of its strategic blueprint.British carrier strike group has also officially set sail for the Indo-Pacific.Meanwhile,the UK seeks to strengthen defense and security cooperation with traditional allies such as France and the U.S.,the transatlantic relations have also been extended to the Indo-Pacific.Nevertheless,the UK is still faced with series of constraints,including relatively backward top-level design,insufficient policy practices at the economic and trade level,unavailable priority of its limited resources to the Indo-Pacific.On the whole,the UK has been exploring its"Indo-Pacific Strategy"way forward in practices.
