摘  要:江苏沿海地区海淤泥淤积严重,而海淤泥资源化利用可解决淤积问题,创造经济效益。将海淤泥制作成建筑工程材料是实现海淤泥资源化利用的重要手段之一。通过实验验证了应用于海淤泥烧结制品的关键技术,利用海淤泥除盐技术、加入不同掺料、调整烧制工艺等将海淤泥制作成建筑工程材料。实验结果表明,经过预处理的海淤泥可以成为烧结砖与烧结陶粒的主要材料,烧制成的烧结砖与烧结陶粒具有一定强度,可用于实际工程中。烧结过程中,海淤泥内残留的大量盐分经过烧制,转变成了对建筑无害的成分。海淤泥资源化利用既解决了海淤泥淤积问题,也实现了新型材料开发。The marine silt deposition is serious in Jiangsu coastal area,and the utilization of marine silt resources can solve the deposition problem and create economic benefits.Making marine sludge into construction materials is one of the important means to realize the resource utilization of marine sludge.This paper verified key technologies applied to sintered marine sludge products by experiments.The marine sludge was made into construction materials by using various desalting technologies,adding various admixtures and adjusting firing technology.The experimental results showed that the pretreated sea silt could become the main material of sintered bricks and sintered ceramsite,the sintered bricks and sintered ceramsite had certain strength,which could be used in practical engineering,and the resource utilization of sea silt could be realized.In the sintering process,a large amount of salt left in the sea silt was burned and transformed into components harmless to construction.The utilization of marine silt has not only solved the problem of silting,but also realized the development of new materials.
