加速康复措施在小儿胸腔术后并发乳糜胸的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨加速康复综合护理措施在小儿胸腔手术术后并发乳糜胸的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2007年1月至2019年12月收治58例胸腔手术术后乳糜胸小儿,采用随机入组方式分为加速康复综合护理组(n=30)和对照组(n=28),统计分析2组小儿临床基线资料包括年龄、性别、体重、发病胸腔侧别、手术类别等,比较2组小儿胸腔闭式引流时间、复发情况、住院天数及家属满意度及依从性等。结果与对照组比较,加速康复综合护理组小儿引流天数明显减少,住院天数明显缩短,恢复正常饮食后复发率明显下降,家属满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。加速康复综合护理组小儿依从度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加速康复综合护理措施应用于胸腔手术术后并发乳糜胸的小儿,安全,有效,值得推广。Objective To investigate the application effects of rapid rehabilitation measures in children with chylothorax after thoracic surgery.Methods A total of 58 children with chylothorax after thoracic surgery who were treated in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into rapid rehabilitation comprehensive nursing group(observation group,n=30)and control group(n=28).The clinical baseline data,including age,gender,weight,disease site(left/right),type of surgery and the time of closed drainage of pleural cavity,relapse rate,hospitalization days and family satisfaction degree were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The days of closed drainage of pleural cavity in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05),and the hospitalization days in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).And the relapse rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the family satisfaction degree in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation comprehensive nursing measures in treatment of chylothorax after thoracic surgery in children is safe,effective,and worthy of clinical promotion.
