黄蜂蛰伤致右侧基底节区脑卒中1例报道并文献复习

摘　　要：黄蜂蛰伤致脑卒中罕见。本文报道1例黄蜂蛰伤并发右侧基底节区脑卒中患者诊治经过,结合文献复习发现缺血缺氧、炎症因子、血管收缩、血小板聚集及微循环障碍等,导致了脑卒中的发生。发病年龄从8~74岁不等,男性患者居多,占80.9%。蜂蛰伤后脑卒中发生的时间为15 min至8 d。蛰伤部位主要在头面部、颈部、胸部及四肢,梗死部位涉及头颅多个部位,表现为偏瘫、言语不清、意识障碍、偏盲、癫痫等。Wasp stings complicated with cerebral infarction are rare.This paper reported the diagnosis and treatment of a case of wasp sting complicated with right basal ganglia cerebral infarction.Combined with literature review,it was found that ischemia,hypoxia,inflammatory factors,vasoconstriction,platelet aggregation and microcirculation disorders could lead to the occurrence of cerebral infarction.The onset age ranged from 8 to 74 years old.Most of the patients were male,accounting for 80.9%.The time of cerebral infarction after wasp sting injury was from 15 min to 8 d.The site of stinging injury was mainly in the head,face,neck,chest and limbs,and the infarct site involved many parts of the head.The symptoms were hemiplegia,unclear speech,disturbance of consciousness,hemianopsia,epilepsy and so on.
