摘　　要：目的探讨血清糖类抗原199(CA199)、细胞角蛋白19片段抗原(CYFRA21-1)、鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)、神经原特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)检测在老年非小细胞肺癌(NSCLS)诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2020年5月—2021年3月抚州市东乡区人民医院收治的40例老年NSCLS患者作为研究组,40例健康者作为对照组。比较2组CA199、CYRFA21-1、SCC-Ag、NSE水平差异,分析各指标单一与联合检测对老年NSCLS的诊断效能。结果研究组CA199、CYRFA21-1、SCC-Ag、NSE水平均较对照组高,有统计学差异(P<0.05);CA199、CYRFA21-1、SCC-Ag、NSE联合检测老年NSCLS的敏感度、准确度高于单一检测,有统计学差异(P<0.05);各指标联合检测老年NSCLS的特异度与单一检测结果相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论CA199、CYRFA21-1、SCC-Ag、NSE均是诊断老年NSCLS的有效指标,联合检测能够提高诊断敏感度和准确度,指导治疗。Objective To investigate the detection of serum carbohydrate antigen(CA)199,cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen(CYFRA21-1),squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC-Ag),and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)The diagnostic value of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLS)in the elderly.Methods From May 2020 to March 2021,40 elderly patients with NSCLS admitted to the People's Hospital of Dongxiang District,Fuzhou City were selected as the study group,and 40 healthy patients were selected as the control group.The differences in the levels of CA199,CYRFA21-1,SCC-Ag,and NSE between the two groups were compared,and the diagnostic efficacy of single and combined detection of each index on elderly NSCLS was analyzed.Results The levels of CA199,CYRFA21-1,SCC-Ag,and NSE in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);CA199,CYRFA21-1,SCC-Ag,and NSE combined detection sensitivity and specificity of elderly NSCLS It was higher than the single test,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);the specificity of each index combined detection of NSCLS in the elderly was compared with the single test results,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion CA199,CYRFA21-1,SCC-Ag,and NSE are all effective indicators for the diagnosis of elderly NSCLS.Combined detection can improve the sensitivity and accuracy of diagnosis and guide treatment.
