摘　　要：目的分析不同类型老年乙型肝炎患者的HBV-DNA、HBsAg定量检测结果。方法选择2018年8月—2020年7月兴国县人民医院感染内科收治的老年乙型肝炎患者90例为试验组,同期老年乙型肝炎肝硬化患者90例为参照组,进行HBV-DNA、HBsAg定量检测,分析其检测结果。结果2组HBsAg指标与HBV-DNA定量指标均呈正相关(P<0.05);试验组患者HBV-DNA、HBsAg定量检测结果均显著高于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论不同类型老年乙型肝炎患者的HBV-DNA、HBsAg定量检测结果存在一定相关性,可作为慢性乙型肝炎及乙型肝炎肝硬化的诊治指标。Objective To explore the quantitative detection results of HBV-DNA and HBsAg in different types of elderly patients with hepatitis B.Methods The subject of the research was 90 elderly patients with hepatitis B who were admitted to the Department of Infection and Internal Medicine of our hospital.The screening period of the subject cases was from August 2018 to July 2020.In the same period,90 elderly patients with hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis were selected as references.Subjects were given quantitative detection of HBV-DNA and HBsAg,and the detection results were analyzed.Results The data feedback that different HBsAg indicators determine the difference in HBV-DNA quantitative detection,assuming the significance of the checklist(P<0.05),HBsAg indicators and HBV-DNA quantitative indicators are positively correlated;the experimental group patients HBV-DNA,HBsAg quantitative detection results are both Significantly higher than the reference group data,assuming the significance of the checklist(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between the quantitative detection results of HBV-DNA and HBsAg in different types of elderly patients with hepatitis B,which can be used as indicators for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic hepatitis B and hepatitis B cirrhosis.
