摘　　要：目的探讨血栓弹力图(TEG)检测在毒蛇咬伤患者治疗中的临床应用效果。方法将2020年3月—2021年3月兴国县人民医院收治的毒蛇咬伤患者30例作为观察组,同期30例健康体检者作为对照组,均进行TEG检测,对比2组R值、K值、α角、Ma值、CI值、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、血小板(PLT)水平。结果相较于对照组,观察组的R值、K值明显较大,α角、Ma值、CI值明显较小,PLT明显较低,PT、APTT、TT明显较长,具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论血栓弹力图检测在毒蛇咬伤患者治疗中的临床应用价值显著,能够明确其凝血功能,为治疗提供依据。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of thromboelastography(TEG)in the treatment of patients bitten by poisonous snakes.Methods 30 patients with snakebite in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 30 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group.The TEG test was performed on them.The R value,K value,αangle,Ma value,CI value,prothrombin time(PT),activated partial prothrombin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT)and platelet count of the two groups were compared PLT level was observed.Results The R value and K value of the observation group were significantly larger,theαangle,Ma value and CI value were significantly smaller,PLT was significantly lower,Pt,APTT and TT were significantly longer than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of thromboelastography in the treatment of patients with venomous snake bite has a good effect,which can effectively determine the R value,K value,αangle,Ma value,CI value,PLT,Pt,APTT and TT.
