摘  要:王暴魁教授在糖尿病肾病患者“阳、热”的临床表现和病理表现的基础上,结合自身应用“清热凉血法”治疗糖尿病肾病的经验,提出消渴热病机理论,认为消渴热存在于糖尿病肾病发生发展的全部病程,主张将清消渴热贯穿糖尿病肾病治疗始终。在治疗上,以清消渴热为核心,兼顾化痰行瘀,权衡因与果、局部与整体的关系,在后期扶正与袪邪并举,从扶助脾肾气血、养血化瘀等着眼,形成以清消渴热为中心,兼顾消除病理产物与扶助正气的用药心得和学术思考,对其治疗、转归和预后等具有一定的参考意义。On the basis of the clinical and pathological manifestations of“yang and heat”in patients with diabetic nephropathy,Professor Wang Baokui,combined with his own experience in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with“clearing heat and cooling blood”,proposed the pathogenesis theory of Xiaoke heat theory.He believed that Xiaoke heat exist in the entire course of the development of diabetic nephropathy.It is advisable to clear Xiaoke heat throughout the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.In the treatment,the core should be clearing Xiaoke heat,considering the elimination of phlegm and removing blood stasis,weighing the relationship between cause and effect,and the relationship between the local and the whole.In the later stage,it will strengthen the body and eliminate the evil,from supporting the spleen and kidney Qi and blood,nourishing blood and removing blood stasis,etc.Focusing on the formation of medication experience and academic thinking centering on the elimination of Xiaoke heat,considering the elimination of pathological products and supporting the righteousness,it is meaningful for diabetic nephropathy treatment,outcome and prognosis.
