理筋法穴位按摩联合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛程度的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨理筋法穴位按摩联合针刺对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛程度的疗效。方法选取2017年10月—2019年10月期间北京按摩医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者64例,采用单盲法随机分组,对照组单独予以针刺治疗,观察组在针刺基础上联合使用师瑞华理筋法穴位按摩。统计两组患者治疗前后疼痛程度、腰椎功能、生活质量评分,并对比两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者疼痛评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率93.75%高于对照组71.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后,腰椎功能均较治疗前改善,观察组腰椎功能改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生活质量评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症采用理筋法穴位按摩联合针刺效果较好,可减轻患者疼痛程度。Objective This study aims to explore the effect of method of acupoint massage combined with acupuncture on the pain degree of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 64 patients with lumbar disc herniation who admitted to Beijing massage hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a single-blind method.The control group was treated with acupuncture alone,and the observation group was treated with Acupuncture combined with Shi Ruihua′s method of acupoint massage.The pain degree,lumbar function and quality of life scores of the two groups were counted before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the pain scores of 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of observation group(93.75%)was higher than that of control group(71.88%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,lumbar function was improved in both groups compared with before treatment,and the improvement of lumbar function in observation group was significantly better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,the method of acupoint massage combined with acupuncture has a better effect,can reduce the pain of patients.
