摘　　要：目的回顾性分析淮南市人民医院中药注射剂2019—2020年度临床应用分析。方法抽取淮南市人民医院2019—2020年度使用中药注射剂的住院病历共720份。分析两年中患者中药注射剂种类、治疗疾病类型、不良反应、药物利用度,并对两年中药注射剂使用情况进行对比性分析。结果2019—2020年度两年中药注射剂使用前两名是冠心宁注射液和痰热清注射液。2019—2020年度临床使用平均用药频度值前两位为苦碟子注射液和醒脑静注射液。而药物利用指数(DUI)值显示2019年度中药注射剂使用有普遍的不合理现象,各注射剂DUI值普遍大于1.0。2019—2020年度中药注射剂不合理用药情况主要为溶媒错误、剂量错误、联合用药不适宜和疗程错误4个方面。2020年度不合理用药情况较2019年度明显改善。结论加强院内药事管理、加强患者服务和医生用药总结指导能有效改善中药注射剂的不合理用药情况。Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine injections in Huainan People′s Hospital from 2019 to 2020.Methods A total of 720 inpatient medical records of Huainan People′s Hospital who used Chinese medicine injections in 2019 and 2020 were collected.The types of traditional Chinese medicine injections,types of diseases to be treated,adverse reactions,and drug availability in the two years were analyzed.A comparative analysis of the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in the two years were conducted.Results The top two Chinese medicine injections used in 2019-2020 were Guanxinning injection and Tanreqing injection.The top two clinical use aDDDs in 2019-2020 are Kudiezi injection and Xingnaojing injection.However,the DUI value showed that the use of Chinese medicine injections in 2019 was generally unreasonable,and the DUI value of each injection was generally greater than 1.0.The irrational use of Chinese medicine injections in 2019-2020 was mainly caused by solvent errors,incorrect dosages,unsuitable combination medications and errors in treatment courses 4 Aspects.The situation of irrational drug use in 2020 had improved significantly compared with 2019.Conclusion Strengthening the management of hospital pharmacies,strengthening patient services and doctors′medication summary guidance can effectively improve the irrational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections.
