摘  要:目的通过建立大鼠高脂血症模型探讨新疆鼠李果实提取物对高脂血症大鼠调脂及抗氧化作用。方法建立大鼠高脂血症模型,阳性对照组给予脂必妥(187.5 mg·kg^(-1) ),新疆鼠李果实提取物低、中、高剂量组以75、150、300 mg·kg^(-1) 给药,给药4周后,测定血清与肝组织中相关指标,并观察肝与主动脉组织病理学改变。结果与正常对照组相比,模型组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、丙二醛(MDA)及一氧化氮(NO)升高,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、肝脂酶(HL)、脂蛋白脂肪酶(LPL)及总脂酶(LA)降低,肝与主动脉组织脂肪变性;与模型组相比,给药组TC、TG、LDL-C、ALT、AST、MDA及NO降低,HDL-C、T-SOD、GSH-PX、HL、LPL及LA升高,肝组织病理改变好转。结论 新疆鼠李果实提取物对高脂血症大鼠具有调节血脂,增强抗氧化能力的作用。Objective To determine the effect of Rhamnus songorica fruit extract(RSFE)on the lipidregulating and antioxidation in hyperlipidemic rats.Methods Rat model with hyperlipidemia was established.The positive control group was given 187.5 mg·kg^(-1) of Zhibituo,and RSFE groups were given 75,150,and 300 mg·kg^(-1) RSFE respectively.After 4 weeks,the related indicators in the serum and liver tissue were measured,and the liver and aortic histopathological changes were observed.Results Compared with the normal control group,TC,TG,LDL-C,ALT,AST,MDA,and NO were increased in the model group,while HDL-C,T-SOD,GSH-PX,HL,LPL and LA were decreased.The liver and aortic tissue steatosis were observed.After the administration,compared with the model group,TC TG,LDL-C,ALT,AST,MDA and NO were decreased in the RSFE groups,while HDL-C,T-SOD,GSH-PX,HL,LPL,and LA were increased,and pathological changes of the liver tissue were improved.Conclusion RSFE can regulate the blood lipids and enhance the antioxidant capacity in hyperlipidemic rats.
