摘 要:目的研究分析妊娠期糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白及SFTPD基因表达与糖代谢异常的联系。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月河南省南阳市第一人民医院收治的78例孕妇为研究主体,结合孕妇是否患有妊娠期糖尿病,划分为实验组48例与参照组30例,收集两组孕妇空腹肘静脉血,展开糖化血红蛋白检测,并运用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(PCR)检验孕妇SFTPD mRNA表达水平。收集两组孕妇孕前、分娩前体重、孕前体重指数(BMI)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、空腹血糖、口服葡萄糖耐量实验(OGTT)1 h、2 h血糖以及血清C反应蛋白等情况。对比两组孕妇的临床指标情况,研究两组产妇糖化血红蛋白与SFTPD基因表达和临床指标有关性。结果实验组空腹和OGTT 1 h、2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白相较于参照组明显较高(P<0.05);根据实时荧光定量PCR分析结果,对比参照组,实验组的SFTPD mRNA相对表达水平较高(P<0.05);糖化血红蛋白与SFTPD mRNA相对表达以及妊娠期血清C反应蛋白正相关(P<0.05);糖化血红蛋白、SFTPD mRNA相对表达水平和空腹血糖正相关(P<0.05);糖化血红蛋白和SFTPD mRNA相对表达正相关(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者因自身的葡萄糖代谢功能受到损害,认为与糖化血红蛋白以及SFTPD基因表达的预测因子有关,糖化血红蛋白升高与SFTPD基因表达异常可能和孕期葡萄糖代谢功能障碍存在联系。【Objective】To study and analyze the relationship between glycosylated hemoglobin and SFTPD gene expression and abnormal glucose metabolism in patients with gestational diabetes.【Methods】Seventy-eight pregnant women admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,according to whether the pregnant women had gestational diabetes,they were divided into experimental group(n=48)and reference group(n=30),the fasting cubital venous blood of two groups of pregnant women was collected,and the glycosylated hemoglobin test was carried out,and the expression level of SFTPD mRNA of pregnant women was tested by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR.The pre-pregnancy and pre-delivery weight,pre-pregnancy body mass index(BMI),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),fasting blood glucose,oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)1 hour and 2 hour blood glucose and serum C-reactive protein were collected in the two groups.Using the t test method,the clinical indicators of the two groups of pregnant women were compared.At the same time,Pearson correlation analysis was used to study the relationship between glycated hemoglobin and SFTPD gene expression and clinical indicators in the two groups.【Results】The fasting and OGTT 1 h,2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05);according to the real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR analysis results,the relative expression level of SFTPD mRNA in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05);the relative expression of glycosylated hemoglobin and SFTPD mRNA and serum C-reactive protein during pregnancy had a positive correlation(P<0.05);the relative expression levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and SFTPD mRNA were positively correlated with fasting b lood glucose(P<0.05);the relative expression of glycosylated hemoglobin and SFTPD mRNA had a positive relationship(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Patients with gestational diabetes mellitus are
