摘 要:带式输送机是煤矿生产中重要的辅助运输设备,而传动滚筒是带式输送机中主要的受力结构件。以DTL120型带式输送机传动滚筒为研究对象,利用SolidWorks和Ansys软件建立传动滚筒的静力学模型,分析后发现传动滚筒中的主要零部件存在应力集中问题,威胁着零件的运行稳定性。对零部件的结构尺寸进行优化改进,主要是增加尺寸以提升整体的刚度和强度。通过优化改进,传动滚筒中零部件的应力集中现象和位移变形情况得到了显著降低,有效保障了传动滚筒运行过程的可靠性。将优化方案应用到DTL120型带式输送机工程实践后,机械整体运行稳定,取得了很好的经济效益。The belt conveyor is an important auxiliary transportation equipment in coal mine production,and the transmission drum is the main force-bearing structural part of the belt conveyor.This article mainly took DTL120 belt conveyor drive roller as the research object.Using Solidworks and Ansys software to establish a static model of the transmission drum,after analysis,it was found that the main components in the transmission drum have a stress concentration problem,which threatens the stability of the parts.The structural size of parts were optimized and improved,mainly by increasing the size to improve the overall rigidity and strength.Through optimization and improvement,the stress concentration phenomenon and displacement deformation of the components in the transmission drum were significantly reduced,and the reliability of the operation process of the transmission drum was effectively guaranteed.The optimized scheme was applied to the engineering practice of the DTL120 belt conveyor,and it was found that the overall operation was stable and good economic benefits were achieved.
